"Create PR" menu items missing for Bitbucket remotes using the new ssh.bitbucket.org hostname #2801

Description

Atlassian is asking Bitbucket Cloud users to switch their SSH remote URLs to the new hostname ssh.bitbucket.org:

git@ssh.bitbucket.org:workspace/repository.git

After changing the remote URL in <local_repo>/.git/config as instructed, SourceGit no longer shows the PR entries in the branch context menus (Create PR for upstream … for local branches or Create PR … for remote branches)

Expectation

SourceGit accepts subdomain URLs like ssh.bitbucket.org in addition to "normal" URLs (bitbucket.org), so that the PR creation is available again.
