Update output structure of loo_compare for subsampling case #392

Description

See #390 for reproducible example and context.

This sub-issue focuses on the output structure of loo_compare, which is for the subsampling case a matrix, however we have updated this already to a data.frame in an earlier PR.

I make this a sub-issue as it requires rerunning reverse dependency checks.
