[Test] aCounterDeclaredAsMutableStateOfZeroAndIncrementedFromPythonRecomposes fails intermittently #157

ksp-fixtures/compose AnySlotScalarRenderTest.aCounterDeclaredAsMutableStateOfZeroAndIncrementedFromPythonRecomposes fails now and then and passes on rerun.

Observed: 2026-10-03 on develop-based branches (run 1 of an isolated run failed, run 2 passed); 2026-10-04 on feat/int-literal-overload (first full run failed, 3 of 3 reruns passed). The #146 change does not touch the path it exercises.

Completion: find the ordering or timing dependency (frame/snapshot apply vs the Python write) and make the test deterministic; 10 consecutive isolated runs and 3 full-module runs green.
