need to

  • use default settings if no config or invalid config
  • or ask to setup config (since need to find unity installations)
  • crash if press upgrade, while no unity editors selected (and list is empty)

    this is better already, displays 0 unitys available (if you havent added any root folders).. so just need to do that before launching from explorer.
