feat(host): run scripted synthetic teammates with ace serve --demo - #535

Conversation
Demo mode adds scripted people to the owner's own app: presence in projects and channels, avatars through the people map, and messages, asks and reactions as ordinary channel requests the channels admit by their own rules. Nothing reaches the directory, lobbies or peers. Why: apps/host/src/demo.ts | Synthetic people stay in the owner's own app frames (people, presence); never publish them to the directory, lobbies or peers

Adds demo mode for recording demos:
ace serve --demo <script.json>runs scripted synthetic teammates. They show presence and say, ask and react through the same channel requests real teammates use. Their identities exist only on this host and are never published to the directory, lobbies or peers. The script format is in docs/demo.md.Merged to use for recordings; we may revert it later.
Built in Ace
No. Built with Claude Code in a lane. Demo channels and screenshots were driven from the terminal with Playwright, which Ace has no equivalent for.
