The installed app's helper takes no flags, so
--demo(#535) only worked forace servefrom source. The helper now starts demo mode when its home holdsdemo.json, e.g.~/.local/state/ace-canary/demo.json. That gives the synthetic teammates in imported demo channels their avatars and presence in Canary.Built in Ace
