CI: Run the notebook E2E native image on a macOS runner #251

#249 runs the notebook E2E's 20 scenarios in a macOS GraalVM native image, but only locally. The image takes ui, ui-text and foundation from compose-multiplatform-core-extended, whose artefacts are in this machine's mavenLocal only.

Waiting on: the fork publishing its Compose modules to a repository a GitHub runner can read (its move to org.thisisthepy.compose.* / 1.11.1-ext.N, and its publish script).

Then: a macOS job with Liberica NIK 25 that sets composeExtended.* to that repository and version and runs notebookE2eNativeRun, requiring NOTEBOOK_E2E: 20 passed, 0 failed of 20 and no libjvm.
